“I feel like my strong point is making that initial bond with the families and making them feel like we are all part of something here. It’s not just a place where I come to do my office work. I don’t know what it’s like at other communities, but we are all VERY involved with the residents.”
As Marketing Director, Melissa says her new role is “to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable and knows that their loved one is going to be well taken care of here. Our staff is trained for this. Once you’re here, you don’t have to worry about things anymore—and you keep your independence as long as possible.”
